1. How much does a logo cost?
Each client invariably has different requirements that will have an impact of the cost of a project. The amount you are quoted for a project will depend on factors such as; the final deliverables, organisation size, number of concepts, and deadline.
2. What are the payment terms?
We require 50% upfront to commence a project. The remaining 50% is due once the project has been completed. Payment in full is required before we can release the final files.
We accept payment via Visa and Mastercard (Paypal) and direct bank transfer.
3. What is involved in the design process?
Our usual design process is Design Brief -> Sketching -> Computer Concept Design -> Presentation -> Revisions -> File Delivery -> Support.

4. How long will a logo design project take to complete?
The length of a logo design project depends on the complexity of the project. Simple projects can take as little as 2 weeks. More complicated branding projects that require extensive research can take 1 month or more to complete.
Its best to let us know your deadline when requesting a quote and we will do our best to accommodate work within your schedule.
5.In what file format will I receive the final logo files?
Files are provided in all formats commonly used for print and web purposes.
Print Formats: EPS, AI and PDF.
Web Formats: JPG, GIF and PNG.
6. I am not located in Australia. Will you still work with us?
Yes, over half of our clients are located outside of Australia.
7. Once we start the project how can I contact you?
You can contact us by telephone, email or instant messaging.
All clients are provided with our direct contact number.
8. Who owns the copyright for the final design?
Once the project has been signed-off and we have received payment in full, you own 100% copyright of the final design.
We reserve the right to use the design in our portfolio.
